Common questions
Why full-day bookings only?
Hourly booking multiplies the rules and admin. One seat, one day is easy to book, manage and protect from double-booking.
Who can book a space?
The host decides which companies are invited and which listings they can access.
Do members need to install anything?
No. FlexHQ runs in a web browser on a laptop or phone.
What if the floor plan is read wrong?
You review every count before accepting and can correct it on the plan. A clean architectural export gives the best result; a photo of a drawing works less well than the original file.
Can I cancel a member's booking?
No. Members manage their own bookings. You can help with access or questions about the building.
