For hosts

Built for operators, not for enterprise IT.

Whether you run one floor with spare desks or ten locations of managed workspace, FlexHQ does the core job well and stays out of your way.

Who hosts FlexHQ
  • Flexible workspace operators filling desks and offices across one or more locations.
  • Companies with a spare floor that want to license it to other businesses under a proper agreement.
  • Landlords and head-lease holders converting vacancy into contracted, measurable occupancy.
  • Brokers who want a working booking layer to hand to the operator on day one.
The host workflow

Live in days, without an IT project.

Upload

Drop in the floor plan. Workstations and offices appear on it for you to review before anything is saved.

Set up

Choose what members can book and which companies can access each space.

Invite

Record each member company's agreement and send its invitation.

Book

Members plan their weeks, book on the floor plan and cancel themselves. Utilization by company shows up as it happens.

Control

Invite-only, host-controlled.

There is no public sign-up. You invite member companies. Their admins invite their own people and manage their roster. You decide which listings each guest may see and how each company can use them.

  • Every account traces back to an invite from someone signed in.
  • Per-guest listing access, so a shared floor can still have private zones.
  • Company admins carry the roster work; you keep the approval.
Evidence

The numbers you were missing.

Utilization by member company and by weekday, tied to real bookings under real agreements. Who is under-using their allowance. Which days are always full. Which office nobody books. Take it into the renewal conversation instead of guessing.

What is different

Less to learn, less to break.

We chose the core job over the feature list. Here is where FlexHQ stands apart, and what it deliberately leaves out.
